# Kadwood Studio — Privacy Policy

Kadwood Studio is a staff app for Kadwood Atelier. This policy covers the iOS app and the service behind it.

The app is for Kadwood staff and works only with a Kadwood account. It is not offered to the public.

## What we collect

**Your email address.** Used to sign you in and to identify who created a note or a task.

**Voice recordings and their transcripts.** When you record a fitting, the audio is sent to our service, transcribed, and stored with the transcript.

**Work you create in the app.** Notes, tasks, bookings, and the client records your studio keeps.

## What stays on your phone

**Calendar events and reminders.** The app reads them to show your day in one place. They are never sent to Kadwood and never leave the device.

**Your location.** Used only to ask Apple for the weather where you are. It is not sent to Kadwood and is not stored.

**Face ID.** Handled entirely by iOS. We never receive your biometric data.

## What we do not do

We do not track you. We do not advertise. We do not sell or share your information with anyone for their own purposes, and we do not build profiles for marketing.

## Who processes your data

Each handles data only to run the service for us.

## How long we keep things

Recordings, transcripts, notes and tasks are kept as long as the studio needs them, because they are its working records. We do not delete them on a schedule.

Deleting a note or task in the app removes it from the app for everyone. The underlying record is marked deleted and kept, so that an accidental deletion can be reversed. Ask us at the address below to have it erased outright.

Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes.

## Where your data is held

Cloudflare's network stores and processes data across a number of countries, including outside Australia.

## Security

Traffic between the app and our service is encrypted. Recordings are held in private storage that is not publicly reachable. Signing in requires a code sent to your Kadwood email address, and sessions expire.

## Your choices

Withdraw microphone, speech, calendar, reminder or location access at any time in the iPhone Settings app. The app keeps working with less.

## Children

Kadwood Studio is a workplace tool for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

## Changes

We will update this page when the app changes what it collects, and we will change the date at the top.
